Danaher Diagnostics is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise-wide Danaher One initiatives, ensuring client adoption, value realization, and long-term account health across multiple OpCos.

Anchored by DBS and change management, you translate clinical and financial needs into executable plans, lead executive governance, and drive growth while managing risk and contract obligations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
• 20+ years of leadership in enterprise strategy or complex programs.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps.
• Own executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts with C-suite partners.
• Lead governance, engagement, and performance cadence including EBRs and strategic summits.
• Drive capital planning, ROI analyses, and asset optimization for client outcomes.
• Lead transformation and change-management initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks.
