Job summary

Blee, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to own enterprise engagements from contract to go-live, working with legal, marketing, and IT teams at large organizations.

You will map stakeholders, build and manage rollout plans, coordinate SSO and API integrations, and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success. This role requires 3–5 years in related fields and availability to travel 10–20% and relocate to NYC or Bay Area as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS implementation, or customer-facing project management.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects with 4–6 month timelines.
• Strong organizational skills: stakeholder mapping, project plans, RACI matrices, status reporting.
• Technical fluency: comfortable discussing SSO, APIs, data flows, and security.
• Based in NYC or the Bay Area and willing to come into the office 3 days a week.
• Willingness to travel to see customers in person (approximately 10–20%).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from contract to go-live.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify sponsors, power users, blockers and champions.
• Build and manage implementation project plans with milestones and owners.
• Scope and sequence deployment across departments, geographies, and use cases.
• Coordinate technical integration including SSO, data flows, API setup, and security review.
• Navigate organizational dynamics to unblock milestones and maintain momentum.
• Create implementation documentation and training materials.
• Facilitate warm handoff to CSM with full context transfer.
• Maintain the implementation playbook with patterns and solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Account Executive to deliver enterprise outcomes.
