Job summary

Kollective Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Specialist in NYC to lead high-impact implementations for enterprise clients. Qualifications

• Strong technical fluency (integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms).

• Background in operations (legal ops a plus, but not required).
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

The Role

Our client is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to lead complex, high-impact implementations for their largest customers.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll own the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through to delivery and handover—ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.
