Blink - The Employee App is seeking an experienced Enterprise Delivery Manager to lead large-scale deployments for US-based enterprise accounts from our Boston office. The role requires managing end-to-end delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and executive stakeholder engagement, with about 20% travel across the US.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering software implementations for large enterprise customers.
• Strong project management with ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in change management and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations for Blink across delivery phases from planning to deployment and hypercare.
• Build and own relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Understand customer priorities and align Blink delivery to their strategic initiatives.
• Support build-out of broader Professional Services offerings and assist with RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data & Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving team processes.
