Job summary

Air is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to drive software adoption across our SaaS user base and lead a team of Implementation Engineers. You will own deployments, enablement, and customer success with government and industrial clients, coordinating with Sales, Engagement Managers, and Product teams from our Arlington, VA office.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Five+ years in customer success, public sector consulting, SaaS or data analytics.
• Two+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience engaging with DoD and national security leaders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead a team of Implementation Engineers.
• Plan resources and inform stakeholders throughout deployments.
• Develop Air product and data expertise for customers.
• Drive product adoption and outcome-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to align on strategies and renewals.
