Job summary

Intapp is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a high-value portfolio of private capital clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving measurable business impact.

You will build relationships with senior leaders, develop strategic account plans, lead quarterly business reviews, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success to deliver scalable client experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Account Management at SaaS/tech or subscription businesses.
• Proven track record with executive-level relationships and renewals.
• Willingness to travel and present to clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of accounts with focus on retention and expansion.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and sponsors at client firms.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert opportunities into growth.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and client check-ins to align on outcomes.
