Job summary

eShipping LLC in Parkville, MO is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead our Implementations function, guiding onboarding of new and enterprise customers and building processes, tools, and cross-functional routines for a consistent launch experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Solutions leadership to translate sold solutions into clear launch plans, manage risks, and ensure a smooth handoff to ongoing account ownership.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in logistics, transportation, customer onboarding, implementation, or related customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading complex workstreams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Experience leading people, directing team workflow, and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise Implementation team members and growth.
• Oversee new customer implementations from post-sale transition through launch.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Solutions leadership.
• Build and manage implementation plans and trackers in Basecamp/Smartsheet.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate when needed.
• Manage contract approval, DocuSign processes, and records in SharePoint.
• Ensure account and system readiness across required platforms.
• Track performance against milestones, revenue, margins, and satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement for scalable onboarding processes.
