Chaintrax Cyber in Chicago is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to own and scale the company's sales function, directing a team to win enterprise clients and expand strategic accounts in cybersecurity and fintech.

You will build high-performing processes, mentor talent, and engage CISOs, CROs, and risk officers through complex sales cycles, coordinating demos with incident response experts, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales leadership in B2B cybersecurity, fintech, or SaaS.
• Track record of multi-million-dollar revenue targets with verifiable metrics.
• Established network in cybersecurity or enterprise tech sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience selling to CISOs and other executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise clients.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team and set quotas.
• Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to align GTM and proposals.
• Track sales metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Participate in industry events and network to uncover opportunities.
