Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for high-value accounts. You will develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue retention and growth, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customers’ business goals.

In this role you’ll manage executive relationships, conduct strategic reviews, monitor usage and renewal risk, and drive expansion opportunities. Travel for select meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field.
• 5+ years in account or customer success management.
• Ability to build long-lasting partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Gainsight.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear objectives.
• Monitor portfolio for usage, adoption, and churn risk.
• Lead renewal negotiations and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams.
• Document interactions in the CRM and CS platform.
