Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field required.
• Five+ years of account or customer success management experience with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic account plans with clear objectives.
• Maintain executive relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and churn indicators to protect renewals.
• Lead renewal conversations and negotiate terms for long-term contracts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on upsell/cross-sell.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and customers.
