Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value customers. You will develop and execute account strategies, drive revenue retention and growth, and coordinate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver superior outcomes.

You will monitor account health, conduct business reviews, and own renewal discussions, including price alignment and contract essentials. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in account or customer success with revenue growth.
• Proven ability to build high-level partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and customer industry knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel.
