Job summary

Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to partner with top customers, driving value from our Connected Operations platform. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product, tailoring approaches to each customer's fleet and unique challenges.

You’ll build long-term partnerships, lead executive reviews, and mentor teams while navigating a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior Customer Success or related role; enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• High emotional intelligence, strong priority management, and effective collaboration with executives.
• Experience with technical products and cross-functional teamwork with Sales, Support, Eng, and Product.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, diplomacy, and poise under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work remotely within the US.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines to increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability for customers using the IoT platform.
• Co-create joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines.
• Lead executive business reviews with customer leadership and Samsara executives.
• Conduct customer workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
• Explain Samsara capabilities to diverse businesses and industries.
• Mentor the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Model and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across global teams.
