• 4+ years of experience in a Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting role.
• Ability to lead executive-level reviews and coordinate with sales, product, and support teams.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• This role requires up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines to increase customer safety, efficiency, and sustainability with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Conduct workshops to understand the customer’s business and develop joint success plans.
• Lead data-driven business reviews with senior decision-makers and translate platform capabilities into multi-product value narratives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Product to ground innovation in real-world challenges.
