Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to partner with our largest Fleet customers, driving long-term value and strategic guidance. This role collaborates across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product in a remote capacity for US-based candidates outside select metros.

You’ll be responsible for defining success plans, facilitating executive reviews, and mentoring teams to ensure value across industries we serve.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS or Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with technical products.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with executives.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-40%.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines to increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of customer operations.
• Draft joint success plans with customers outlining objectives and timelines.
• Lead executive business reviews with customers and Samsara leadership.
• Lead workshops to understand current operations and suggest workflow changes.
• Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse businesses.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Finance to drive progress.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success teams.
• Model Samsara’s cultural principles at scale.
