Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager in Select Customer Success to lead a team of CSMs serving enterprise customers. You will set strategy, scale the success motion, and ensure ongoing value realization for high-ACV clients.

You will partner with executives, drive adoption, renewals, and expansion, and mentor a diverse team in a fast-growing, remote-capable environment. Travel up to 25% for customer meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, account management, or consulting.
• 3+ years in management roles with talent recruitment/retention.
• Experience with $1M+ ACV customers and Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing success and value realization for enterprise customers.
• Define and execute long-term CS strategy and team growth.
• Identify and develop the next generation of CSMs.
• Keep executives informed and advocate for change when needed.
• Lead by example and promote Samsara’s cultural principles.
• Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing, inclusive team.
