Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Select Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and maximize long-term value for our largest, most complex customers. You will translate in-depth knowledge of the Samsara platform into strategic results across diverse industries and orchestrate executive business reviews to align multi-year transformations with Samsara’s roadmap.

This remote role is open to US residents, with exceptions for SF Bay Area, NYC, and DC metros.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes Fortune 500 partnerships.
• Experience influencing internal roadmaps across Product, Finance, and Legal.
