Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an AWS Principal Customer Solutions Manager to lead strategic, enterprise-wide customer engagements in the US enterprise segment, shaping cloud and AI strategy for some of the world’s largest companies. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance, drive adoption, and mentor cross-functional teams across geographies.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding multi-year cloud initiatives, and delivering measurable business value

Qualifications

10+ years in senior customer facing roles
15+ years leading complex IT/engineering programs
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field
Experience in a senior customer-facing role
Experience in leading complex, large-scale IT/technical programs
Experience with current cloud technologies (especially cloud)

Responsibilities

Lead strategic, enterprise-wide customer engagements across US Enterprise segment
Serve as trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders up to the C-suite
Orchestrate execution across large, complex workload portfolios
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and modernization lifecycle
Architect scaling mechanisms and best practices for operational efficiency
Develop and mentor team members across organizations
