Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent.
• 8+ years engaging with senior/executive customer stakeholders (Director+), advising up to C-suite.
• 15+ years in customer-facing technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most strategic, enterprise-wide customer engagements across units or geographies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping cloud and AI strategy.
• Orchestrate execution across large workload portfolios for long-term value.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Apply deep technical expertise to guide cloud adoption, migration, and modernization.
• Architect scaling mechanisms that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Develop and mentor teammates, spreading best practices across teams.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and Services teams for customer success.
