Qualifications
- 3+ years cloud computing experience
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field
- 8+ years engaging with senior/executive stakeholders (Director+ level) up to C-suite
- 15+ years in customer-facing technology roles
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide customer engagements across multiple units/geographies/partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives up to the C-suite
- Orchestrate execution across large, complex workload portfolios
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
- Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and modernization lifecycle
- Architect scaling mechanisms to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and mentor other team members across teams
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, Enterprise Support, and Professional Services
