Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Manager to lead enterprise-wide engagements and shape strategic cloud and AI initiatives.

You will partner with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and Professional Services to deliver measurable business value across diverse geographies and business units. You will translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for executives, orchestrate large-scale workloads, and mentor colleagues while accelerating

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud computing experience (Executive stakeholder engagements)
• 8+ years of experience engaging with senior/executive customer stakeholders (Director+ level)
• 15+ years in customer-facing technology roles or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide customer engagements with complex business and technical problems across units/geographies
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives up to C-suite, shaping cloud and AI strategy
• Orchestrate execution across large, complex workload portfolios aligning priorities
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for scalable adoption
• Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and modernization lifecycle
• Develop scaling mechanisms and best practices to improve operational efficiency
• Mentor team members and share best practices across teams
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and Professional Services to ensure unified customer success
