Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Customer Solutions Manager to lead the most strategic, enterprise-wide engagements. You will partner with senior executives to shape cloud and AI strategies and deliver measurable business value across multiple units and geographies.

You will orchestrate multi-team execution, translate complex concepts into practical guidance, and drive adoption and modernization of cloud solutions while mentoring other professionals in the practice.

Qualifications

10+ years in a senior customer-facing role.
15+ years leading complex, large-scale IT or engineering programs.
Experience with cloud technologies and current technologies.
Ability to engage senior executives and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the most strategic, enterprise-wide customer engagements within the US Enterprise segment.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders, up to C-suite level.
Orchestrate execution across large, complex workload portfolios with internal and external stakeholders.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for large enterprises.
Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and modernization lifecycles.
Architect scaling mechanisms and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Develop and mentor other team members across teams.
