Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a commercially-minded Client Success Manager to own relationships with employer accounts and ensure strong client retention and engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enrollment, adoption, and renewals, while guiding account plans and renewal strategies. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on client interaction in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within digital health, healthcare, benefits, or SaaS.
• Experience working with enterprise employer clients through channel/payer partners (5,000+ employees) preferred.
• Proven ability to support and execute marketing or engagement strategies that drive measurable client outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the success and satisfaction of a portfolio of employer clients to drive retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with partner client executives to manage strategic relationships and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain account plans, track renewal milestones, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor client health and engagement, flag risks, and collaborate on mitigation plans.
