Maven Clinic seeks a commercially-minded Client Success Manager to own relationships with employer accounts and drive enrollment, engagement, and net revenue retention. You will orchestrate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics to protect and grow Maven’s revenue.

In this role, you’ll translate client outcomes into business value, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while partnering with channel/payer partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services.
• Experience working with enterprise employer clients through channel/payer partners.
• Ability to drive measurable client outcomes, renewals, and growth.

Responsabilités

• Own relationships with employer accounts introduced through Maven’s channel partnerships.
• Drive enrollment and engagement while maintaining net revenue retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics to support client initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and client-facing presentations.
• Monitor client health and renewal risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and work with Sales on business cases.
