Maven Clinic, the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, is hiring a Senior Client Success Associate to support its rapidly growing SMB segment. You will manage a high-volume client book, deliver fast, thoughtful responses, and act as the voice of the client to influence product and marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to sustain engagement, renewals, and loyalty while building strong relationships across a portfolio of clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or client services in digital health, healthcare, benefits or SaaS.
• Proven renewal success and high client satisfaction ratings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a member of the SMB account team and manage a high-volume book of clients.
• Provide quick, thoughtful, and comprehensive responses to inbound client questions.
• Be the face of Maven for client-related needs and convey client insights to internal teams.
• Maintain high levels of client engagement, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with channel partners, health plans, and cross-functional teams to support client success.
• Own communications to meet agreed goals, including client meetings and project plans.
• Convert clients into Maven advocates through success stories and references.
