Job summary

Maven Clinic, the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, is hiring a Senior Client Success Associate in New York, NY, with a hybrid US-based role. You will manage a high-volume SMB portfolio, drive client adoption, and collaborate across teams to strengthen relationships and renewals.

You’ll engage with healthcare and SaaS stakeholders, deliver rapid insights, and help scale programs while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in account management or client services in digital health, healthcare, benefits or SaaS companies.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with high client satisfaction and renewal success.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to grow client relationships.
• Experience with full lifecycle of customer success post-sales (adoption, trainings/webinars, upsells).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the account team for a high-volume SMB book.
• Provide timely, thoughtful, and accurate insights to clients.
• Be the face of Maven for client relationships and relay client feedback internally.
• Maintain high client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with support, operations, analytics, product, and sales to resolve issues.
• Develop a strategic support model with channel partners to enhance the client experience.
• Coordinate with health plan executives and internal teams to unlock additional opportunities.
• Lead client communications and project plans; ensure professionalism and responsiveness.
• Convert clients into Maven advocates and generate references and case studies.
