Maven Clinic is the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, partnering with employers to deliver end-to-end health programs. We are seeking a commercially minded Client Success Manager to own relationships with employer accounts and drive enrollment, engagement, and revenue retention.

You’ll translate outcomes into business value, orchestrate cross-functional motions with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics, and build strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within digital health, healthcare, benefits, or SaaS.
• Experience working with enterprise employer clients through channel/payer partners (5,000+ employees) preferred.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics to drive commercial outcomes.

• Manage a portfolio of employer clients to drive retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with channel/payer partners to unlock growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain account plans and renewal milestones.
• Monitor client health and mitigation of risks with cross-functional teams.
• Support enrollment and engagement initiatives with measurable impact.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and client-facing presentations with data insights.
• Provide program optimization recommendations based on benchmark data.
