Job summary
Maven Clinic, the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, is seeking a Customer Success Director to oversee strategic client partnerships and drive revenue retention. This senior IC role reports to the VP of Client Success and may evolve into a player-coach as the team grows.
You will manage high-value accounts, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Analytics, and translate client outcomes into measurable business value.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in client-facing roles.
- 5+ years leading enterprise or global accounts.
- Ability to align solutions to financial and strategic outcomes.
- Experience mapping stakeholders and engaging executive sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Report to the VP of Client Success and set account strategy.
- Lead executive relationships with Benefits leaders, brokers, and consultants.
- Drive enrollment attainment and expansion through renewals and sales.
- Develop playbooks and operating cadences for scalable client success.
- Map new stakeholders and expand Maven's influence across client orgs.
- Translate client goals into measurable business and clinical outcomes.
- Deliver executive-ready narratives through business reviews.
