T-Mobile in Edina, MN is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage the full customer lifecycle for Government, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.

You will onboard customers, drive adoption of Business products, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Operations, and lead renewal negotiations to grow account value. This role emphasizes executive relationships and proactive problem solving to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4–7 years managing customer relationships and account management in Government/Enterprise.
• Coordination with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Operations to meet commitments.
• Experience identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary post-sales contact for government and enterprise accounts.
• Oversee onboarding and training to ensure smooth Day 0 adoption.
• Monitor account health metrics and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues and ensure service levels.
• Develop renewal strategies and pursue account growth through upsell.
