Job summary

TrueAccord is seeking a Senior Client Manager to own our most strategic enterprise partnerships. You will act as a high-level business advisor, driving portfolio growth and account health across key clients with financial acumen and executive influence.

You will translate performance metrics into strategic narratives for business reviews, collaborate with Analytics on multi-channel outreach, and feed product/engineering teams to shape the roadmap. Remote-first role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in debt collection or financial services.
• Strong analytical storytelling and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account growth across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Translate performance metrics into strategic narratives for business reviews.
• Collaborate with Analytics to optimize multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, voice).
• Advocate for the client and feed product/engineering roadmaps to the roadmap.
• Manage account health and escalations with executive dashboards.
• Mentor junior Client Management team members and align operations with client success.
