TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, is hiring an Associate Client Manager to support client portfolios, learn our platform, and uphold data accuracy. This role blends analytics with client-facing duties and serves as a stepping stone to a Client Manager position.

You will assist Client Managers, prepare routine reports and dashboards, and ensure timely delivery of services. We value collaboration, quick learners, and a detail-oriented mindset in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Entry-level experience in Client Success, Customer Support, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in debt collections or default management.
• Strong organizational skills with data entry and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex software tools quickly.
• Collaborative mindset and growth into client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management of passive clients and ensure service delivery.
• Assist Client Managers with day-to-day account management and metrics.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and materials for client check-ins.
• Serve as initial contact for routine client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality standards.
• Engage in training to build debt collection and product knowledge.
