Qualifications

• Experience in operations, client management, or risk within debt collection or financial services.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic client recommendations.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account growth by managing a high-impact portfolio and partnering with Sales to hit revenue goals.
• Translate performance metrics into insights during Business Reviews and optimize outreach strategies.
• Advocate for clients internally, providing feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
• Maintain account health, manage escalations, and build risk dashboards for executive review.
• Guide enterprise partners through digital-first collections and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior team members and align internal priorities with client success.
