Responsibilities

• Guide clients on omni-channel digital media planning, audience strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, and performance tradeoffs.
• Advise on performance marketing strategies across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and native advertising.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on how data, targeting, and measurement drive scalable growth.
• Implement proactive risk mitigation strategies and identify issues before they affect clients.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues impacting client adoption.
• Oversee the creation and execution of client roadmaps and ensure integration.
