Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Proven track record in website migrations and managing paid media budgets.
• Deep expertise in SEO, AI-driven search trends (AEO/GEO), CRO, and full-funnel performance marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, GTM, Search Console, and core marketing automation platforms.
• Strong leadership with a collaborative, coaching mindset and the ability to turn complex data into actionable executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise digital marketing strategy; align programs with Sales to hit pipeline targets.
• Oversee website strategy, redesigns/migrations, UI/UX performance, and CRO.
• Guide paid media budgets; drive SEO, AEO/GEO, and GEO strategies.
• Scale HubSpot, optimize lead scoring and attribution for leadership.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across Marketing Operations, Paid Media, SEO, ABM, and Web.
