Truist Financial Corporation in Charlotte, NC, seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, monitor and manage internal projects of medium to large size and complexity from initiation through completion. You will lead projects, coordinate teams, manage scope, time, budget, and stakeholders, and drive process improvements.

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in PM or related roles; advanced PM methodologies and risk management skills are required.

• Developed skills in establishing processes, standards and operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates project planning for medium/large projects to devise feasible plans.
• Defines scope, assigns teams, develops schedules, milestones and resources.
• Maintains stakeholder relationships and manages resources end-to-end.
• Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Reports on project status including KPIs, cost, timing and staffing.
• Troubleshoots activities to meet quality standards.
• Manages risk to minimize project risks.
• Identifies obstacles and resolves to meet schedule and budget.
• Proposes schedule or cost changes when necessary and manages scope changes.
• Creates and maintains project documentation.
• Addresses issues and escalates when needed.
• Acts as resource for colleagues and may guide junior staff.
