WRITER in Chicago is seeking a Strategic Solutions Architect to join our hybrid team. You will work with Fortune 500 prospects to architect generative AI-based solutions using WRITER's platform, APIs, and custom apps, translating complex business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.

You will partner with product and engineering, lead PoCs, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives, shaping enterprise AI strategy and accelerating time-to-value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles at a high-growth B2B SaaS company serving Fortune 500 clients.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in Python, APIs, and orchestration to integrate AI into enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure generative AI solutions using WRITER's platform, APIs and custom apps.
• Lead PoCs and demonstrations, building templates to showcase value and speed.
• Advise C-suite and AI leaders, shaping enterprise AI strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to feedback from engagements for roadmap input.
• Educate prospects/partners on the art of the possible with WRITER's platform.
