Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to work with our enterprise customers, helping them scale AI-powered work. This hybrid role is based in our San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, Seattle, or London hubs.

You will partner with Fortune 500 clients to architect tailor-made AI solutions on WRITER's platform, translate complex requirements into actionable deployments, and drive measurable business outcomes through robust integrations and practical guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical SaaS roles and related fields.
• 3+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with diverse audiences.
• Strong Python fluency and API design experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own end-to-end implementations.
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging WRITER's platform and APIs.
• Translate technical concepts into prescriptive solution recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to feed customer feedback into the roadmap.
• Develop scalable deployment processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows for integrations.
• Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within customer accounts.
