WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to scale AI-powered solutions for Fortune 500 customers. You’ll partner with enterprise clients, architect custom deployments, and integrate with WRITER’s platform and APIs to drive measurable business outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams across multiple hubs, including New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, London, and beyond, translating complex needs into practical, scalable AI applications.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
• Deep fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs, especially in designing sophisticated prompts and AI applications.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner deeply with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging WRITER's platform and APIs.
• Translate intricate technical concepts into clear solution recommendations guiding customers through the generative AI landscape.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams providing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Develop scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows for technical integrations to reduce time-to-value.
• Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within customer accounts.
