WRITER is accelerating enterprise AI transformation, seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts. You will architect change, translate WRITER’s platform into measurable P&L impact, and drive AI adoption at scale.

Based in Chicago or Austin, you’ll report to the director of AI transformation and success, guiding executives through a complex, cross-functional journey toward an AI-first operating model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities into measurable P&L impact.
• Executive presence and board-level presentation skills.
• Curious mindset with active listening and authentic leadership.
• Strong background in management consulting/strategy advisory to navigate complex environments.
• Motivation aligned with WRITER's Connect, Challenge, and Own values.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50–100 accounts and lead ROI initiatives.
• Define the JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships as trusted advisor.
• Lead value realization and ROI analysis through surveys and interviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on cross-sell.
• Create playbooks, decks, and frameworks to scale transformation.
