Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio. You’ll embed into customer organizations, map objectives, and design programs that translate AI investment into measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner with a Transformation lead to tailor WRITER capabilities for each use case, build champion networks, run workshops, and scale AI programs across time. Hybrid role in Chicago and Austin.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases: you discover, map, and leverage specific workflows and business objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities.
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Understand each customer's use cases, objectives, and success metrics.
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions translating use cases into workflows.
• Design and execute activation strategies driving adoption and outcomes.
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops.
• Build champion communities and power user networks.
• Lead educational workshops and live events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine materials based on feedback and adoption data.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
