WRITER in Chicago/Austin hybrid seeks an AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts. You’ll architect change, translating WRITER’s platform into measurable P&L impact and guiding executives to an AI-first operating model.

You’ll move beyond software implementation to set vision, drive value realization, and influence product roadmaps while building trusted C-suite relationships and leading cross-functional programs across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in strategic account mgmt or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100.
• Proven track record with C-suite relationships and large-scale transformations.
• Excellent executive presence and board-facing communication.
• Strong change management, strategic thinking, and ability to translate capabilities into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50–100 accounts and drive ROI/value initiatives.
• Define JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor.
• Lead ROI delivery by framing P&L impact through analyses.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell/upsell.
• Develop decks and frameworks to scale transformation best practices.
