WRITER seeks a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating WRITER's platform into measurable P&L impact and guiding the shift to an AI-first operating model. You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, shaping change and driving enterprise value.

This hybrid role, based out of Chicago or Austin, reports to the director of AI transformation and success, influencing product roadmap and executive-level adoption initiatives across global

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large-scale transformations.
• Strong change management, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
• Experience translating capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact.
• Consulting background in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers while leading ROI and value initiatives with a customer success manager.
• Set vision and define the JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor for executives.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations and risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Scale transformation best practices by producing decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team.
