Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to scale AI-powered solutions for Fortune 500 customers. You will partner with enterprise teams, design and implement tailored applications, integrations, and prompts, translating complex platform capabilities into actionable recommendations.

This hybrid role operates from our US hubs in Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Austin or London, and emphasizes collaboration with Product and Engineering to drive value and adoption.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in technical SaaS roles, with 3+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
• Deep fluency in Python and extensive API experience, including designing prompts and linguistic considerations for AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph.
• Translate technical concepts into prescriptive solution recommendations for diverse audiences including C-suite leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
• Develop scalable processes and documentation to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
• Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions across accounts.
