WRITER is seeking a strategic solutions architect in Chicago to partner with Fortune 500 prospects, translating complex business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions and shaping enterprise AI strategy. You will lead PoCs, guide architecture roadmaps, and collaborate with product and engineering to drive time-to-value and customer success in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect or sales engineering in B2B SaaS.
Expertise in generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Proficient in Python and APIs, with end-to-end orchestration skills.
Excellent communication and the ability to simplify complex concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and translate challenges into AI solutions.
Architect scalable, secure AI solutions leveraging WRITER platform and APIs.
Lead PoCs and demos, building templates and integrations to show value.
Advise C-suite and AI leaders on generative AI strategy and roadmaps.
Collaborate with product/engineering to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.
Educate prospects on WRITER capabilities and enable them to build innovative solutions.
