Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic technical engagements with US-based enterprises. You will bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering, evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, and mentor high-performing technical sales teams.

You will partner with CIOs and VP-Engineering on AIOps, SRE maturity, and cloud migration, helping customers achieve outcomes and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/cloud space.
• Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500/global enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with an understanding of buying journeys.
• Deep domain expertise in at least three: Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native Architectures, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity Incident Response.
• Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Act as peer and advisor to CTOs/CIOs, guiding digital transformations and PagerDuty deployments.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in content.
• Collaborate with Global Product/Engineering to reflect US market needs in long-term roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Build a local DevOps/SRE community, sharing best practices in resilience and AI ethics.
• Monitor market and tech trends to shape PagerDuty strategy.
