Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic technical engagements across US enterprises. You will bridge customer strategic needs with PagerDuty’s roadmap, evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, and mentor regional sales teams.

You will advise C-suite executives on AIOps maturity, digital transformation, and cloud migration, while collaborating with product and engineering leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/cloud space.
• Experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives at large enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with understanding of buyer journeys.
• Deep domain expertise in at least three areas: Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native, ITSM/ITIL, or cybersecurity incident response.
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical face of PagerDuty to CTOs and CIOs in the US.
• Evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud at industry events and via content.
• Collaborate with Global Product and Engineering to represent US market needs.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex enterprise opportunities in the US.
• Foster a DevOps/SRE community and share best practices in AI for operations.
• Stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities for PagerDuty.
