ServiceNow is hiring for a senior sales role focused on AI-enabled software solutions. You will build relationships with C-suite buyers, map client relationships across the account team, and advise on how ServiceNow can accelerate IT roadmaps.

You will collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Success resources, Partners and Marketing to close deals, achieve sales targets, and drive new business. The role offers base pay with equity, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work personas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations.
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals and maintain strong C‑level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with multiple C‑suite personas across product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate an account strategy with cross‑functional teams.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their IT roadmap and how ServiceNow can help.
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
