Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks an enterprise sales leader to drive net-new logos and expand existing accounts, partnering with Diamond Account teams to attach LearnVantage AI, data, cloud, networking, and certification training to large-scale transformation programs.

You will engage CALs and Managing Directors in account planning, qualify opportunities, and present to CIO/CHRO/CDO/CEO, articulating ROI and the value of AI-enabled workforce reinvention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, account management, sales leadership, or new logo acquisition.
• Proven track record of originating and closing net-new business, preferably $500K+ ARR deals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accenture Diamond Account sales teams to attach LearnVantage AI, data, cloud, networking, and certification training to large-scale transformation programs.
• Engage CALs and Managing Directors in account planning to identify LearnVantage opportunities.
• Identify and develop pipeline from existing Accenture accounts not yet engaged with LearnVantage.
• Prospect and develop a self-sourced pipeline in greenfield accounts.
• Conduct executive-level discovery and solution presentations with CIOs, CHROs, CDOs, and CEOs.
• Close net-new logos and expand existing accounts to meet bookings targets.
• Use AI market signals to craft insight-led narratives aligned with client priorities.
