Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Google Ecosystem Business Development Director to accelerate strategic growth across the Google portfolio, shaping AI, data, customer experience, security, and industry solutions. You will lead executive-level discussions, co-sell motions, and ROI-driven business cases to transform clients’ operations.

You will build and sustain relationships with Google leaders and Accenture teams, guiding opportunities from origination through realization while navigating

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in business development, sales, alliance, or consulting.
• Minimum 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
• Experience selling enterprise technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven executive relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-Google growth strategies and co-sell motions.
• Build executive relationships with Google Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
• Originate opportunities involving BigQuery modernization, enterprise data platforms, analytics transformation, and AI adoption.
• Position Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise solutions to accelerate enterprise AI and agentic transformation initiatives.
• Drive CES opportunities focused on customer experience and AI-powered service operations.
• Identify opportunities involving Looker, Apigee, Google Maps Platform, AlloyDB, Security Operations, and Mandiant offerings.
• Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives aligning tech investments with outcomes.
• Influence Google leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
• Create differentiated industry solutions and joint offerings aligned to Google priorities.
• Enable Accenture and Google field teams on joint value propositions.
