Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for the Google Cloud/Data AI practice in the Mid-Market segment. You will own delivery from initial solution shaping through go-live, designing execution plans, and leading both onshore and offshore teams to deliver data and AI solutions that transform client operations.

You will guide technical architecture, partner with solution engineers, and ensure high-quality outcomes with rapid value delivery across data platforms and AI models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• Minimum 7+ years experience independently owned client engagements from technical design through go-live.
• Minimum 3+ years experience architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform, with deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team structure, quality, and outcomes.
• Design the delivery approach for data and AI engagements; define plans, phase work, and team structure.
• Provide technical advisory on offerings, implementation, and Google Cloud services for client environments.
• Be the trusted delivery partner; lead status reviews, manage expectations, and navigate trade-offs in real time.
• Get solutions into clients' hands fast by standing up delivery and mobilizing the team to ship capabilities in weeks.
• Lead across borders by coordinating onshore delivery with offshore engineering teams and removing blockers.
• Drive governance, track progress against commitments, and ensure measurable client value from data platforms to AI production.
