Job summary

Accenture Google Business Group Mid-Market seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to own end-to-end data and AI engagements, from solution shaping to go-live. You design the execution approach, lead the implementation, and ensure the final product upgrades how clients leverage data and intelligent automation across Google Cloud.

You will work with a dedicated offshore engineering team, set strategic direction, and be the single point of accountability for what ships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in hands-on technology roles with client engagements (inference from role seniority).
• Experience delivering data/AI solutions at pace across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team structure, quality, and outcomes.
• Design the delivery approach for complex data and AI engagements; define plan and team structure.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement on Google Cloud services and architecture.
• Lead client status reviews, manage expectations, and navigate trade-offs in real time.
• Mobilize teams and stand up delivery from day one to deliver capabilities in weeks, not quarters.
• Coordinate onshore delivery leadership with offshore engineering teams; set priorities and remove blockers.
• Establish delivery governance, checkpoints, and track progress against commitments.
